The world's 2nd most expensive property gets a Sold sticker

In Taipei, there has been an incredible listing sell on the market. The property, Dun Feng, a high-end, mixed-use housing complex has recently sold through Sotheby's International.

The property sold for USD30.38 million, representing 347 square metres, comprised of 24 luxury apartments and five local basements. Considering that the collected value of last years top 10 properties totalled under 300 million dollars (264 million USD) the sale of this property for over 30 million dollars has shown that there may be a possible increase on the expenditure at the top end.

The entrance to Dun Feng boasts one of elegance and wealth.
