Demi Moore has put her luxurious NYC apartment up for sale, at a price that is truly astronomical. Being listed for just under $100 million US Dollars, the home has been described as a 'rarity' and truly individual home in the worlds most exclusive neighbourhood, the Upper West Side.

Originally purchased as a family home with Bruce Willis, the luxury home is the product of two integrated apartments, providing arguably the most living space you could find in the jam packed Upper West Side.

To give you an idea of the caliber of people that have lived in the building, Bono from US, Dustin Hoffman, Steven Spielberg and the infamous Steve Jobs have called the building home at stages throughout their lives. Could you possibly get better company than that? Imagine if you ever had a computer issue or needed some entertainment? Your neighbours would be handy then!

Take a peak inside.

The two stories provide ample space and incredibly high ceilings.

The home is located on 7,000-square-foot (each level) and it has been rumoured that to just maintain the conjoined apartments, it would cost nearly $30,000 monthly.

A private elevator vestibule leads to a double-height foyer, beyond which is a 36-by-22-foot living room, a dining room, kitchen, breakfast room and library. On the second level are 5 bedrooms plus a staff room, and the third level features an entertainment room, kitchen and guest loft.

When you step outside to the private balcony, you are welcomed to 1,500 square feet of space, with views over central park, and all of New Yorks landmarks.

Interested? Well so are we. But unfortunately our budgets can't stretch that far. Can yours?
